Ms Crook joined the Company in June 2005. Former Associate Company Secretary and Head of Australian Secretariat, National Australia Bank Ltd for five years. A past National President of Chartered Secretaries Australia. She has more than 25 years experience mainly with large corporates in the financial sector.

Geoffrey N Driver
B Ec Grad Dip Finance. General Manager Business Development and Investor Reslations.

Mr Driver joined the Company in January 2003. Prior to joing the Company, he was with National Australia Bank Ltd for 18 years in various roles covering business strategy, marketing, distribution, investor relations and business operations.

R Mark Freeman
BE, MBA, G Dip App Fin (Sec Inst). Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Freeman joined the Company in February 2007. He was a Partner with Goldman Sachs JBWere for five years of the 12 years he was employed by them. His primary role during that time was assisting investment companies with their investment and dealing activities. As such he has a depth of knowledge and experience of the Company's investment approaches, policies and processes.

Andrew JB Porter
MA (Hons) (St And) FCA. Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Porter joined the Company in January 2005. He is a Chartered Accountant and has had over 16 years experience in accounting and financial management both in the United Kingdom with Andersen Consulting and Credit Suisse First Boston and in Australia where he was Regional Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of CSFB. He is a member of the User Focus Group of the Australian Accounting Standards Board.
